So, we gave our casino reviews team a mission. We ran Platinum Reels Casino through every check in our rating method. Carry on reading our full review to find out if it made the cut.
Platinum Reels Welcome Bonus and Promotions
Platinum Reels Casino has a lot of bonuses and promotional offers for new and returning players. The welcome bonus offers up to $3000 over our first three deposits, as well as 30 Free Spins.
If you already have an account, don’t worry. You won’t be left out! There are daily promotions available, which include various deposit bonus offers. There really is a lot to offer here, including a loyalty program.
Banking Options at Platinum Reels
The casino also has a pretty good selection of banking options available. There aren’t as many depositing and withdrawing options as some other casino sites out there, but the available payment methods should be sufficient for most gamblers. Deposit options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Gift Card, and Bitcoin.
As for payout options, players can withdraw their winnings with a wire transfer, Bitcoin, and in the future, Visa. Payout times vary from 1-2 business days for Bitcoin, up to 5-10 business days for a wire transfer.
Platinum Reels Customer Support
When it comes to customer support, Diamond Reels has it all. Support is available 24-hours a day through numerous channels. These include Live Chat, email, and a toll-free number. No matter what your problem is, Support will be able to help.
Game Selection at Platinum Reels Casino
Platinum Reels is another RealTime Gaming casino, which means the real money game list will be familiar to many players. There’s a good list of games, with over 200 casino games to choose from. Around 100 of these are slots, with some offering a progressive jackpot.
There is also a good selection of table games on offer, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Keno, Poker, Video Poker, and more. Unfortunately, as this is a RealTime Gaming casino, there are no live dealer games
Platinum Reels Player Safety and Security
Platinum Reels Casino is fully licensed and regulated by a reputable third party. Its games are also regularly tested for fairness. Finally, player data is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
Checking an offer against its own terms
A promotion is described in two places, and only one of them is binding. The banner carries the headline figure; the terms page carries the maximum cash-out, the excluded games and the wording that tells you which kind of bonus it is. If the terms say the bonus amount is deducted from a withdrawal, the credit is sticky: it plays but never leaves. If they say the bonus converts once wagering is met, it is cashable. The difference decides what a win is worth, and it is one sentence.
Enter a code in the cashier field, not in a chat window, and look at the balance line afterwards: a credited bonus shows as a separate figure beside the cash balance. If it does not appear there, it was not credited, and that is a question for support before the first spin rather than after it.
Platinum Reel Casino Review Conclusion
Platinum Reel Casino certainly makes a strong case for a recommendation. It is safe, secure, has good bonuses, and customer support. The games list is a little too familiar, as you’d expect from a Real Time Gaming site, and we would have liked to see more withdrawal options.
However, there is nothing wrong with the casino, and we are more than comfortable recommending it to our readers. We place Platinum Reels Casino at 4 out of 5 on the scale in our rating method.
