How We Rate

Updated:

This page describes how we put a review on MobileCasinos24.com together, what our rating means, and what it does not mean. It is the same procedure for every brand on the site.

What we check

  • Licence and ownership. Who holds the licence, where, and under what number — read from the regulator's register or from the operator's own licensing page. If a brand is not licensed in a United States jurisdiction, the review says that plainly.
  • Bonus terms. Wagering requirement, maximum bet while a bonus is active, expiry, excluded games, and the maximum you may withdraw from bonus money. These come out of the terms and conditions, not the banner.
  • Banking. Which deposit and withdrawal methods are offered, the processing times the operator states, minimum and maximum amounts, and any fee the operator discloses.
  • Mobile experience. Whether the casino runs in a phone browser or needs an app, what the lobby does on a small screen, and whether account and cashier pages work there too.
  • Game range. How many games, from which studios, and whether live dealer tables and the format you came for are actually present.
  • Support. Which channels exist, their stated hours, and whether a self-help section covers the basics.
  • State availability. Whether players in a given state can register at all — see state gambling laws.

Where the numbers come from

Every figure in a review — a licence number, a wagering multiple, a payout window, a fee, a minimum deposit — comes from the operator's own pages or from the regulator that licenses it. If a number is not published anywhere we can point to, we leave the field out rather than estimate it. A missing field in a table means the operator does not state it.

What the rating means

A rating is an editorial comparison on the criteria above, recorded on the date shown on the page. It is not a measurement we performed by playing, not a prediction of what you will win, and not a guarantee about any operator. Two casinos with the same score can suit very different players, which is why the text matters more than the number.

What we do not do

  • We do not claim to have deposited, played and withdrawn at every brand on the site, and we do not publish personal winnings as evidence.
  • We do not sell a verdict. A brand cannot pay to have a wagering requirement described as generous or a fee left out.
  • We do not quietly delete criticism. If a term improves, the page is updated and the date changes with it.
  • We do not publish betting systems that promise a profit. There is no such system for a game with a house edge.

When a page is wrong

Terms change, and pages go stale between checks. If you find a figure that no longer matches the operator's own terms, write to [email protected] with the page address and a link to the current terms. Corrections are made on the page itself, and the check date is updated.
